Duct Cleaning Procedures1.We will shut off the furnace until the duct cleaning is complete. This procedures takes approximately 1-3 hours. 2. We will isolate the supply side from the return side by covering the air filter, therefore enabling more air to flow as the cleaning is being done. 3. We will close off all the supply ducts. (sealed off where applicable) 4. We will cut a 8" hole on the supply side of the furnace. 5. First, we will check for a side window to pass our 8" hose to the furnace. If this is not possible we will pass the hose through the door of the furnace. Then we will hook up our vacuum to the supply duct. 6. We will start blowing each supply duct the furthest one away first with our high-pressured air-compressor. 7. After finishing all the supply ducts, we will use our special cleaning devices that are hooked up onto the main supply trunk along with our Exclusive Dust Blaster. 8. We will then cut an 8" diameter hole, hook up our Vacuum to the Cold Air Return Duct and clean all the cold air vents once again using our Exclusive Dust Blaster and our Skorpion Air Whip. 9. We will cover all hole we created with two 10" plates. 10. After the cleaning is finished, we will open all the supply vents, close the cold air return and then we will restart the furnace, and ensure that your system is working.
